Students as Designers

My students as designers is a lot harder than it sounds. I've spent a lot of time with my students this quarter on designing a study method that works for them. We've discussed why it's important to do test corrections regardless if they're being graded. So they spent 10 minutes setting up schedules for studying. They also had to pick 2 other people to study with in a study group. The question of how do I study for math is slowly but surely being answered. And the students are figuring it out by themselves, which I think is awesome!
