So Weird!!

Why are my kids so weird? 4th period was all about making a video for math class. They thought it was a cool idea. 5th period was also excited about it. But of course 7th period had to be difficult. They whined and complained about making movies. So I started talking about how to design a video and how we would make storyboards and they just stared at me. Then someone asked why we couldn't just do the coloring project. It was tortuous! They wanted no part of the planning this out or designing anything. Many of my kids have checked out since they finished the AP tests and have no desire to continue with their design plan. Now that we've hit the end of the year, we're struggling big time.
